You can either schedule your Initial Intake during the free consultation, or can schedule when you're ready with a provided link.
All appointments are currently conducted via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Your therapist will provide you with your dedicated unique Zoom ID code and Passcode via email after scheduling your Initial Intake appointment. If you require a new code, just let your therapist know and a new one will be generated for you.
The price can vary depending on whether you plan to use insurance and if a co-pay might apply.

Therapy is meant to fit with your schedule! If our appointment time no longer works for you, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by sending a message through our website, SessionsHealth portal, email, or by calling (810) 214-4124. This helps avoid any late fees.
If you miss your appointment without canceling or notifying your therapist, a No-Call No-Show Fee of $40.00 will be charged.
Our first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you in, what you're hoping for, and what support might look like moving forward. It’s also a chance to ask questions and see if working together feels like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll also complete a few next steps—like identifying your specific goals and creating a treatment plan.

Therapy is an open, safe space for you to share whatever is on your mind. You might be surprised by the topics that come up as you explore your thoughts and feelings. There are no size-fits-all expectations for how we approach learning more about ourselves.
Your therapy journey is guided by what you’re seeking support or guidance with. After all, it's all about how you're feeling now—and how you want to feel moving forward.
There are no wrong topics—whatever feels relevant to you is welcome in the therapeutic space.
