You can either schedule your Initial Intake during the free consultation or schedule through the virtual calendar when you have been provided with a link.


All appointments are currently conducted via Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. 


Your therapist will provide you with your dedicated unique Zoom ID code and Passcode via email after scheduling your Initial Intake appointment. 


The price can vary depending on whether you plan to use insurance and if a co-pay might apply. 


If you'd like to learn more, please check out  Cost & Payment, Payment Options, or send a message to explore your options. If using insurance, contacting them directly about your policy is best, as it will provide the most accurate information regarding your policy. 


Benefits Verification can be provided by Evergreen Solutions prior to the first meeting. 


If your appointment time no longer works, please cancel or reschedule by sending a message through the website, your SessionsHealth portal, email, or by texting/calling (810) 214-4124. This helps avoid any late fees.


No, Evergreen Solutions does not offer immediate crisis support. You are encouraged to schedule a session to check-in at the next earliest convenience for appropriate crisis and safety planning. 


If you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.


Please get in touch with trusted supports if you feel as though you need extra support. 

You may also call or text 988 for crisis support at any time. 


For additional support with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or loneliness, you may call the Michigan Crisis and Access Line (MiCAL) Peer Support WarmLine at 1-888-PEER-753.


Please also refer to the Mental Health resources page for more information on crisis centers, as well as local or virtual groups that may offer support specific to your needs.
