Hey there, thanks for stopping by!
Since 2018, I have practiced in a variety of mental health settings— including inpatient care, home-based crisis programs, as well as outpatient clinics and telehealth—which has offered deep insight into what people carry and what meaningful care can look like.
That work has taken me across Michigan, from Flint and Detroit to Lansing, Marquette, and now Kalamazoo. Each community has shaped the way I listen, helped me see the systems people navigate, and strengthened my commitment to showing up with curiosity, humility, and care. Personally living with a chronic illness since 2008 also brings a specific understanding of how health, lifestyle, and mental well-being are deeply connected. The passion for my practice is part of my nature ☺
